The following job openings are currently available under the SMART Project:
1. Project Director (MP-I Scale)
- Location: Islamabad
- Vacancies: 1
- Qualification: Master’s or higher (preferably in Economics, Public Policy, Business, or related field)
- Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in public/private sectors with a proven record of leading development programs or regulatory reforms.
2. Accounts Officer (PPS-07)
- Location: Islamabad
- Vacancies: 1
- Qualification: Graduate Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or related field
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in accounts/finance, preferably with public sector knowledge and expertise in financial management systems.
3. Admin & Coordination Officer (PPS-07)
- Location: Islamabad
- Vacancies: 1
- Qualification: Graduate degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline
- Experience: 3 years’ experience in administrative coordination, preferably in a government or donor-funded project environment.
4. Business Analyst (PPS-07)
- Location: Islamabad

- Qualification: Graduate or higher degree in Economics, Public Policy, Business, or related field
- Experience: 3 years of experience in business process mapping, policy analysis, or investment-related sectors.
5. Policy Analyst (PPS-07)

- Experience: 3 years’ experience in regulatory reform, ease of doing business, or economic policy research.

- Qualification: Master’s in IT/Computer Science/Data Science
- Experience: 3 years in data analytics, visualization tools, and MIS systems. Familiarity with government reporting systems is a plus.

- Qualification: Graduate degree
- Experience: 3 years as Secretary/Admin Assistant, good IT & communication skills preferred.
8. Office Assistant (PPS-05)

- Qualification: Graduate
- Experience: 2 years of relevant office or administrative support experience.
9. Dispatch Rider (PPS-02)
- Location: Islamabad
- Vacancies: 1
- Qualification: Matric
- Experience: Valid motorcycle license with at least 2 years’ experience.
Terms & Conditions:
- Positions are contract-based and initially offered for one year, extendable based on performance and project continuity.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for tests/interviews.
