Job Title: Computer Operator Job (PMU Staff)

Organization: National Aerospace Science & Technology Park (NASTP), Aviation City Pakistan (ACP)
Job Type: One-year contract (extension based on performance)
Location: Pakistan (specific location details provided to shortlisted candidates)

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain documents, records, and online forms using MS Office.
• Enter data into the system to create or update files accurately.
• Proofread and edited input data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Manage and maintain computer/network devices and software.
• Install and update operating systems, patches, and software.
• Respond to customer requests and emergencies as needed.
• Monitor computer systems for malfunctions and troubleshoot errors.
• Perform maintenance, updates, and configurations on IT hardware and software.
• Set up and configure new hardware, including computers and peripherals.

Required Qualification:

• Trained computer operators with a diploma in computing.
• Minimum 1-year relevant experience in IT-related fields.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong knowledge of IT hardware (computers, servers, networking equipment, peripherals).
• Understanding of software systems including networks, enterprise solutions, and office programs.
• Familiarity with procurement and HR processes.
• Knowledge of file systems, mail systems, and help desk support.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and technical support.
• Experience in procurement tasks, vendor coordination, and payment processing.
• Capability to manage entry/exit procedures through VMS systems.
• Ability to handle document preparation, including Part Case Files (Dozers).

Previous Experience:

• 1-2 years of professional experience in IT support or computer operations.
